**update**
Had to wait a bit for some of their "Dirty Rice" because they ran out. But they definitely didn't hesitate to accomadate me. As soon as I got to the window they asked if I'd like a drink(for free). Then gave me a bigger size of dirty rice when it was ready!
Very clean but otherwise unimpressed. It's 10:10am and after standing there for a few minutes looking at the menu the girl behind the counter asks me what time it is.....because lunch doesn't start until 10:30. That would have been great info to know when I walked in.
Went in about 3 pm today (sunday). One other customer and he was evidently waiting for his order. We stood at counter about 5 minutes and employee finally said she would be right with us. Then she proceded to empty pan of chicken and never said another word to us. Heard someone inkitchen tell someone else he was sending him to urgent care center. We just walked out after standing at counter another 10 minutes or so. Other customer was still waiting on his food when we left. Very poor experience. Won't be back
Been twice and I just can't justify the price. The first time we went, we each ordered meals. The Homestyle Tenders were OK. Have to admit they were moist. The sides were about 2 teaspoons full in size and we left hungry...after spending $24.00!! Second time was today. Got the 4 piece Homestyle Tenders Combo. Fries were old, chicken tenders were rather small and I would not call them hot or fresh. Biscuit? What biscuit? Menu showed a biscuit came with it, but someone forgot to tell the employees. For $7.00 and change, again, I left hungry. I don't see going back. For about the same price at Lee's Famous Recipe, Dairy Queen and even Sonic, you leave full. Just too mediocre for the high price. Bone in chicken is so spicey that you don't have to worry about what it tastes like, because you can't taste anything but hot. Have to admit, the employees are very kind...at least in my experience both visits.
Returned at breakfast today (6/5/17). Highly impressed with the crew working breakfast. Attentive and friendly.
Stopped by at 530 this morning for a quick bite. Fantastic service and got a great ham biscuit. :) way to go! Loving bojangles!
