They use hot water on all bays. There is no comparison to the grease and dirt that come off with hot water. Ever try to wash dishes in cold water? It does not work. Hot water is what it takes to break down the dirt and grime. They keep the bays clean and there is always someone around to help if you need it. Heated bays that are ice free in the winter.
