Been looking to trade cars for a while. Bill was very friendly and accommodating and they were very amenable to meeting my budget. No pressure, a little negotiating and drove it off the lot! Highly recommend these guys!
I live in Ga and by far will definitely make another drive to Lawrenceburg KY again in 5 more years to make my next purchase!! The experience was the best one I've ever had in 22 yrs buying cars from my Salesman to the courtesy of the GM by helping me & my wife book into the Best Western When they were overbooked for the night. Great store with great great people!!
Afterward, they kept pestering us about maybe getting a different car and offered to give us money for wasted gas. We told them we would take the gas money, but weren't interested in another car because they hadn't been honest. We were there for about another 20 minutes, until we left. They just kept wasting our time and obviously weren't going to give us gas money... I would never recommend them to anyone! Worst experience ever!
I've been lied to, I've been frauded, I have several legal issues to resolve with them. Heck I can't get the new manager to call me. My sales Rep the parts department, now even the co-owner won't return a phone call. I have been more then curious and patient. And am repeatedly told they are too busy with multiple customers to talk to me. All my issues can be easily resolved by them. I have already had to drive all the way up there to resolve the fact that they said I didn't sign in the right places so they over nighted the paperwork for me to return to them overnight only telling me to sign in the highlighted area. They changed my warranty to a lesser and still charged me the same. Changed my interest rate, and all the numbers on my contract were changed. Signature in the wrong place? Really?? I thought these were honest mistakes at first, but have been shown different. How can a dealership keep doing this? Please somebody help me. My other legal issues are way more serious then this. So I guess we'll see. Absolutely will never buy again from Chrysler of Lawrenceburg.
After calling 3-4 different times to make sure they still had the car I wanted, we were told they would have it ready to look at today. I took off work early, drove an hr to meet my sister and her husband, and then we drove 30 minutes there. I went and test drove it and everything was going great, at first... We had already begun the process of buying it, when the salesman leaves and comes back, only to tell us that the car was already sold on Monday (2 days ago)!
I was lured into driving to this dealership with highly deceptive advertising. I received a flier in the mail that clearly indicated that I had won a substantial sum of money. I read the fine print. My wife read the fine print. We couldn't find the "catch". So I drove 22 miles to claim my prize and ask about selling my vehicle. The salesman was standoffish and combative when it became clear that I was not happy about being lied to. He acted as though I had committed some injustice which I found almost laughable. I considered asking to speak with his manager but I knew that would be a further waste of my time. I let the salesman know that I was legitimately interested in selling my vehicle but that I would never consider doing business with them going forward. In hindsight I feel foolish for expecting anything more from a used car salesman.
